Она делала это упражнение всего 1 раз в 2 дня. Спина перестала болеть сразу же!

Если тебя мучает острая боль в спине и шее, имеются проблемы с давлением и ты часто просыпаешься во сне, эти упражнения — то, что надо! Данный комплекс составлен из простейших поз йоги для начинающих.

Уже после третьей тренировки по этой схеме ты почувствуешь, как тело стало послушным, а мышцы окрепли. Ты станешь крепче спать и лучше восстанавливаться во время сна, голова прояснится, станет легче решать насущные проблемы. Любая боль, которая появлялась в области поясницы и шеи, исчезнет! Не верил, пока не попробовал заняться сам.

Йога для начинающих в домашних условиях

Поза для расслабленияСядь, скрестив ноги, почувствуй, как расслабляется и удлиняется позвоночник. Можешь слегка потянуться вверх, опираясь на скрещенные ноги. Посиди в этой позе пару минут, дыши как можно глубже и ровнее. Это поможет настроиться на эффективную зарядку и понизить уровень стресса.

Наклон впередСядь, выпрямив ноги перед собой. Медленно дотянись до кончиков пальцев ног. Делай акцент на растяжке во время выдоха — в этот момент сухожилия и мышцы ног будут более податливы для максимального растяжения. Повтори так 5 раз.

Поза ребенкаВстань на колени, расставь их на ширине плеч, руки держи позади туловища. Медленно наклоняйся вперед, опусти голову вниз полностью. В такой расслабленной позе проведи 3–4 минуты с перерывами, дыши глубоко и ровно, почувствуй, как спина отдыхает.

СкручиванияПомести правую руку на левое колено. Левую руку зафиксируй позади туловища, медленно поворачивайся влево. Голову поворачивай вместе с корпусом — смотри влево. Дыши как можно глубже! Медленно вернись в исходное положение, ощути, как тянутся косые и боковые мышцы пресса, мышцы бедер. Повтори то же самое с правой ногой.

Поза богиниЛяг на спину, согни колени и соедини подошвы ног вместе. Руки держи по сторонам свободно. Дыши ровно, постарайся растянуть внутренние мышцы бедер и прочувствовать это. Оставайся в этом положении, пока тебе комфортно — 2 минуты вполне достаточно.

Ноги на стенеПодними прямые ноги и помести их на стену. Туловище и руки расслабь. Проведи в этом положении 3 минуты, вдыхай воздух полной грудью. Старайся отогнать от себя все лишние мысли, ощути, как напряженные спина и ноги отдыхают.

Поза свободного ветраЛяг на спину, согни ноги в коленях, лодыжки скрести. Обними руками колени и крепко держи их. Почувствуй, как тянутся мышцы бедер и спины.Вначале это может быть сложно, но как только ты поймешь свое тело, делать упражнение станет невероятно приятно: эта поза избавляет позвоночник от нагрузки уже через минуту! Не забывай глубоко дышать.

Поза голубяВстань на четвереньки, руки держи на ширине плеч. Перенеси левое колено вперед, поставь его между руками. Правую ногу отведи назад и выпрями. Наклони вперед всё тело, перемещая центр тяжести через левое колено. Задержись в этой позиции на минуту, поменяй ногу.Это упражнение избавляет от боли в ногах, отечности, благотворно влияет на мышцы спины.

Поза пробужденияЛяг на спину, широко расставь руки в стороны. Прижми правое колено к груди. Затем поверни всё туловище влево, спину при этом оставь ровной. Побудь в этой позиции примерно 3 минуты, повтори с другой стороной. Эта поза очень полезна всем, у кого часто болит спина в области копчика.

Поза рыбыЛяг на спину. Помести руки под бедра. Медленно поднимай грудь вверх, запрокинув при этом назад голову. Дыши размеренно. Так же медленно опустись вниз.

После такой зарядки будто заново на свет рождаешься! Уходят мышечные зажимы, исчезает боль, вызванная усталостью и переутомлением, позвоночник выпрямляется. Благодаря этому расслабляется шея и улучшается кровообращение головного мозга. От головной боли и проблем со сном не останется и следа!
